RBG is now hiring Customer Insights Manager / Personal Shoppers in various departments of our Outbound division. Personal shoppers are responsible for determining the quality of products, customer service, and store environments while posing as ordinary customers. You will also be required to submit reports on your findings in a timely manner.
Responsibilities :
- Reliable internet, email and a mobile phone
- Good observational skills and an excellent memory
- The ability to think fast and improvise
- Fantastic communication skills; verbal and written
- The ability to read and follow instructions
- Confidence in computers/smartphones, etc.
- Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.
- Work from home.
- Required participation of 7-10 hours per month (1 purchase takes approximately 1 hour)
- Continuous on-going project
Qualifications:
Must be located in the US
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently
Strong attention detail
