Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and optimal condition of games for guest enjoyment. • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures. • Provide outstanding service, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. • Promote game engagement by explaining rules, encouraging participation, and fostering a lively and fun atmosphere. • Operate key attractions and games proficiently. • Prepare and dismantle setups for events and functions. • Communicate pricing details for special events, promotions, and daily activities to guests. • Monitor guest compliance with safety regulations. • Effectively address guest inquiries and concerns, promptly notifying management of operational issues. • Support restocking of the Redemption store. • Keep individual stations clean and operational. • Perform additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Precise task completion and attention to detail. • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Capable of managing a counter and its contents. Working Conditions: • Flexibility in working various shifts. • Independent work during complete shifts. • Prolonged periods of standing. • Ability to bend and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. • Interaction with guests of diverse age groups.
